Does ROVER PET STORES INC accept donated items? Yes, we do accept donated items. However, since we are a for-profit business, donations are not tax-deductible and do not qualify as charitable contributions.
What kinds of items can I donate? We accept gently used pet supplies such as beds, toys, leashes, carriers, grooming tools, and unopened food or treats that are still within their expiration date.
Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation? We can provide a receipt for your records, but it cannot be used for tax deduction purposes due to our for-profit status.
Are pets available for adoption at your store? While we don’t operate as a shelter, we occasionally host adoption events in partnership with local rescues. Follow us on social media for updates.
Do you offer grooming services? NO! We do not provide grooming services.
Can I return or exchange products? Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Do you have a rewards program? Absolutely! Our ROVER Rewards Program lets you earn points on purchases and enjoy exclusive discounts and offers.
